The offered species on this site are in A1 condition, except those mentionned "second choice". They are presented unprepared, identified with complete data. Most of the insects are identified, otherwise a picture is provided. The insects pictures presented on this web site are not contractual . They come from my private collection. The insects are sale unprepared, unless otherwise stated (pinned, prepared, stiked...).
Prices are in euro, no minimum for command. Packing cost and postage will be invoiced, 8 euro for france & 12 euro for others countries. Payment in advance as soon the receipt of the invoice. You have 10 days after the receipt of the invoice for payment.

Delivery is made after reception of the payment (international Collisimo). The package will be sent to the address provided when ordering.
We advise you to unwrap the specimens very carefully and not throw away the packaging supply before to be sure that the whole of the contents correspond to the invoice. However if some specimens don't meet your expectations, you are in a position to inform us within a deadline of 15 days upon receipt of the parcel. Should this time-limit be exceeded, we won't take any claim into consideration. The specimens will be replaced (to the extent available stock) or refunded (excluding postage). In case of return, we thank you kindly note the reasons for this return and whether you want a refund or replacement of Insects.
