The species offered on this site are in A1 condition, except for those mentionned "second choice". They are presented unprepared, identified with complete data. Most of the insects are identified, otherwise a picture is provided. The insect pictures presented on this web site are not contractual . They come from my private collection. The insects are sold unprepared, unless otherwise stated (pinned, prepared, glued...).
Prices are in euro, no minimum for command. Packaging cost and postage will be invoiced, 8 euro for France, 20 euro for Europe and 25 euro for other countries. Payment in advance as soon the receipt of the invoice. You have 10 days after the receipt of the invoice for payment.

Delivery is made after reception of the payment (international Collisimo). The package will be sent to the address provided when ordering.
You are kindly advised to very carefully unwrap the specimens and examine the packaging before throwing it away. This way you can be sure that the whole content corresponds to the description in the invoice. However, should some specimens not meet your expectations, kindly inform us within 15 days upon receipt of the parcel. After this deadline we will not take any claim into consideration. The specimens will be replaced, provided they are available in our stock, or refunded, postage excluded. Should you decide to return the specimens, please state the reasons why you are doing so and tell us if you would like a refund or replacement of insects.
